Intelligence Prime Capital, also known as IPrime Capital or IPcapital, is a company that claims to provide you the ability to trade with currencies and cryptocurrencies. My initial thoughts for this Intelligence Prime Capital review was that it was an MLM, but it was a good thing I looked further!

What is Intelligence Prime Capital About? Is it a scam?

To answer “is intelligence Prime Capital a scam?” fully, the first thing we must address with Intelligence Prime Capital is the company’s legality. The issue is that there isn’t a genuine business behind this name. A Terms of Use page or a Privacy Policy should mention the company that the website is running under, however fof the case of IPC they only have a Privacy Policy page that only mentions the website’s name.

And thus this also negates that Privacy Policy page since there isn’t any legal page on their website that associates Intellligence Prime Capital to any company.

There is no way to contact the organization through its official website. You’ll only discover an e-mail address, nothing else. This already suggests that a company is attempting to provide financial/investment products. In most countries, it is outright illegal.

Since IPC is a broker, it must be regulated. However, this is not the case. It lacks the authority to act as a broker in any part of the world. As a result, it is an unlawful broker. With this firm, deposits are not secured in any way. They mentioned that the broker is telling others that it is based in Canada. It isn’t. The video above features an introduced Dr. Val Sh whose voice bizarrely sounds like those seen throughout YouTube videos created by other shady organizations. These types of operators seek financial gain without any sense, it motivates them beyond personal enjoyment from making waves within entrepreneurship communities across social media platforms such as Facebook and Twitter.

Not only that, but Intelligence Prime Capital is not only deceiving, but also seeking to pass off falsehoods about its past. Because it claims to have been in business for 15 years and has over 300,000 satisfied customers. When in fact they were only created last 2021. This Intelligence Prime Capital review will give you a thorough investigation of this suspicious company.

Reality Behind Intelligence Prime Capital

But is it really worth your time and effort? This Intelligence Prime Capital review will give you an unbiased investigation of the platform. But just before we go through that let’s first have a look on a quick take on what different schemes a scam may take form. Why? Because all financial enterprises, no matter what currency they deal in, are required to be registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Some individuals may try to persuade you that because cryptocurrency is supposed to be a decentralized system, it does not need to be regulated.

What if a corporation decided to rug pull all of its assets? Who will you call if it’s not a legitimate company?

If a firm isn’t registered, and it decides to accept every investment of its members on one day, a company with both a company registration AND a SEC recognition will be held responsible for everything that might have been stolen. The iprimecapital.com website was registered in June 2021, although it has been active for much longer, as shown in the screenshot below. So, no, it hasn’t been around for 15 years, and the broker doesn’t have over 300,000 clients, much alone happy ones.

The facts presented here demonstrate that Intelligence Prime Capital is an illegal broker and a fraud that you should avoid. But there’s more to it than just that.

From this alone, can you now answer: “is Intelligence Prime Capital a scam?”

More Inconsistencies!

Here is IPC’s CMO’s Linkedin content on his profile:

Val Ng, the man behind Intelligence Prime Capital. exists only in a LinkedIn profile for Val Ngo See Huat (not sure if it’s his real name). He’s based out of Singapore but has created an image as CEO to match that seen on screen- office space rented with desk props and company mugs/flags among others things typical found at such businesses’ head offices. They’re not really designed so much toward promoting themselves or their companies rather it seems more like marketing tactics which can be used by anyone who needs help getting ahead.

Despite writing that he’s a consular advisor we can’t seem to find any other mention of his name on other websites as his name only comes up on Intelligence Prime Capital’s associated websites.

This seemingly orchestrated interview on January 2022 for PR gave a quick view of their “registration” in Canada when you scroll at exactly 15:40 so I tried to look for them:.

I found that their company is registed in Canada. But just because they are registered it is not enough proof of credibility because any company that deals with trading should be registered in a Securities Commission of the clients that they are serving, here is their company registration:

I also found that they are really registered under MSB:

HOWEVER FOR A FIRM THAT IS FOCUSED ON TRADING AND SECURITIES, A COMPANY WOULD NEED TO BE REGISTERED UNDER THE JURISDICTION’S SECURITIES COMMISSION. And just as I was going to look for it, I found that the Securities Commission has already included IPC on their CAUTION LIST.

Alarming right? What an audacious attempt to fool people!

Another press release mentioned a certain “Walter Stefan” as their COO and they claimed that these are his credentials:

If you’re still not convinced that they are just in to fool people well, I should say that at least we tried to warn you!

What does Intelligence Prime Capital Offer?

Intelligence Prime Capital offers what they call an AIA Bot system and ranking system which gave us a conclusion that they are actually aiming to market themselves as an MLM with a trading bot as their product. They refer to their “World-Class Platform Meta Trader 4 (MT4)”. But just before we go into their MLM-ish structure let’s try to look at their AIA Bot system.

Referral system

When you try to sign up for Intelligence Prime Capital, you’ll see that a referrer code is needed as a mandatory field before you can proceed with the registration:

This shows that they are most likely trying to be an MLM kind of business.

Also, when you search for Intelligence Prime Capital, you’ll encounter other websites at are competing for that keyword.

Their official website is iprimecapital.com but you may find other variations of the name hen you search for the brand. I believe that these other websites are their own affiliates because when you try to register on those websites, you’ll be redirected to the official subdomain members.iprimecapital.com but it includes a referred code so you can smoothly process registration.

So since they are legitimately their affiliates here are some of the claims that these other website have.

Claims of Affiliate websites

One of Intelligence Prime Capital’s key offers is the AIA Bot trading system using the MT4 trading software. The affiliate website (https://iprimecapitalbot.com) claims that iIPC’s AIA Trading bot has a 97 percent success rate. Their recruitment presentation says “After several months of testing, the AIA BOT System has achieved an average win rate of 97%, setting a dazzling record.” Do you really believe this?

The truth is that a 97% success rate is simply a gimmick to impress others, despite what Intelligence Prime Capital claims. Such a percentage has no real meaning and it is nothing but an outright lie. Just like the other affiliate websites they are offering packages with regards to the trading robot:

According to users, Intelligence Prime Capital charges a 20% fee on any generated returns.

Therefore most of the seemingly cloned websites you’ll find when you search for Intelligence Prime Capital are simply looking to recruit you since they “can be compensated” when they are able to recruit others and as they go up on the affiliate ranking.

How does Intelligence Prime Capital Work?

Intelligence Prime Capital will try to make you send them money by promising you returns on investment in through their AIA BOT System. It functions like an MLM as it compensates recruitments by rewarding recruiters 10% of the subscription fee of their downline.

However, the only real thing that the firm is not registered anywhere and they have phony COO and CMO. What it only aims is to take money from individuals and delivering nothing in return.

With the unregistered nature of the company under the Securities Commission in Canada it is very likely it is attempting to run some sort of Ponzi scheme.

The importance of researching before investing is important because even as Intelligence Prime Capital has it’s company registration in Canada, the Securities Commission’s statement that they are not registered to handle trading should be emphasized.

Even if they will claim that they are just offering the product to the market and they therefore don’t need a SEC registration, you should now that the SEC registration is very important for firms, products and services that are associated and used in trading (ex: trading robot).

Can You Make money with Intelligence Prime Capital

Intelligence Prime Capital affiliates are reportted to earn 10% of subscription fees paid and funds invested by personally recruited affiliates. They don’t seem to have public information on their compensation plan but I belive that no longer matters because the Securities Commission of Canada was clear that although the company has its registration in their jurisdiction, they are not allowed to take on trading securities.

Even the Russian Bank (equivalent of Securities Commission in Russia) released a statement too!

Their recruitment presentation does have the typical MLM different types of income to try and lure in those being recruited

1. AIA Bot System Bonus (the 10% discussed above)
2. Sponsorship Bonus – applies only to first level of people you recruit (5-10%)
3. Management Bonus – based on the ROI generated from AIA BOT system subscriptions. Basically this is more recruiting temptation here to reward the mega-recruiters
4. Global Bonus – again for mega-recruiters

So you can see how they sell this to potential recruits with hyped up income claims like this slide from the recruitment presentation.

Is Intelligence Prime Capital A Scam?

Just to be fully transparent with you, I am not an Intelligence Prime Capital affiliate, investor or member myself and I do not endorse it in any way.

I have researched the website, testimonials, and information on the Internet to get to the bottom of what Intelligence Prime Capital genuinely does. This is because I have been burnt from programs just like this in the past and I want to prevent others from making the same mistakes. Intelligence Prime Capital is not an MLM, it’s very likely that it’s a Ponzi Scheme. Despite their company registration in FINTRAC and in Canada, they don’t have any proof that they are registered to handle trading especially as they don’t have definitive registration in the Securities Commission. I believe that the statement of the Securities Commission is enough proof that you should not invest in this or waste your time in it

JUST TO BE CLEAR: A registration in the Securities Commission is the most important detail that you should look for in trading products and opportunities. Again I will have to repeat:

[Verdict] Is Intelligence Prime Capital a Scam?

It’s a Ponzi Scheme. Only when Intelligence Prime Capital could have a verifiable and legitimate registration proof on the Securities Commission is the only time that we would reconsider our evaluation of Intelligence Prime Capital.

A Badass Intelligence Prime Capital Alternative
