When you sign up for a yearly subscription, you will be charged the full amount the day your trial ends. Now for whatever reason you would like to cancel your account with Wishpond, the agreed upon Terms of Service includes two different arrangements.

First, a full refund for the remaining unused months on the annual plan may be given if a refund has been requested or the account has been cancelled within five days of the trial’s expiration date and the number of generated and hosted leads, participants and voters does not exceed 20. 

Second, a 50% refund and credit towards your account with Wishpond may be given if the annual plan is canceled or a refund has been requested through email within 2 months of initial purchase and the total number of captured and hosted leads, participants and voters does not exceed 50.

Easy to use. Wishpond is simple and easy to use with enough of the features that you need. You can produce landing pages in minutes, run split tests, automate email campaigns, create referral campaigns, etc.

14 Day Trial. Wishpond’s 14 Day Trial also receives some shade as being misleading. You actually need to provide your credit card during this period and claim your refund has a few restrictions. However, the god thing about this is that you have an option to get a portion of your money back when you find that this doesn’t work for you. The 14 day period is the time you spend working with Wishpond and setting up a stable arrangement without getting billed for it.
