Anik Singal: A Scam? [Finding Out If Anik Singal Is A Scam]

Did you find an Ad while scrolling through Facebook, watching YouTube or received an email from an unknown person who promised to hold a secret to your success? Did they say you can learn all about this for free? If your answer is yes, then you must have come across a financial or business “guru.

Making money out of desperate people can be easy because these people are very willing to give anything to get themselves and their family out of the situation they’re in. These poor desperate individuals are the lifeblood of all these gurus; feeding on their desire to finally get that BIG BREAK.

One of the red flags of these gurus is that they mostly don’t earn a living selling products and services to other people. What they do to make a lot of money is actually selling to people TRYING to make money. They are mostly internet entrepreneurs that sell “digital products” who market and sell to aspiring internet entrepreneurs through their $20 books or thousand dollar courses on how to build an internet business.

However, these people actually DON’T HAVE any success or track record to show of building a successful online business in the past except SELLING the course they are inviting you into.

So continue reading and find out if Anik Singal is legit or if Anik Singal is a scam.

Anik Singal Background Info

As Anik Singal would talk about his beginnings, for years he worked quite hard to achieve 3 things:

  • earn a full scholarship in school;
  • get an Ivy League, pre-med degree; and
  • achieve a life of fortune and success.

According to him, his body had a negative reaction to his wrong “aspirations” and that’s when he decided to change things.

Having said that, I’m not sure which he tried out first when he changed career, but he actually has a movie.

But the movie didn’t really get the recognition Signal would have expected (if there was anything to expect at all). Most people actually searched for this film due to Alankrita Dogra’s participation, but might have ended up terribly disappointed to see her make just a very short appearance. It doesn’t help that the movie production appears to be a college project rather than some professionally made movie.

Lurn Insider Review [What Is Lurn Insider About] movie review

Were they hoping for this to come out as another bond movie? Or some sort of spoof? Did Anik Singal intend to be a Mr. Bond/ Daniel Craig version as James Bond or Mr. English/ Rowan Atkinson version as Johnny English? This seems to me a deliberate attempt to portray an American Indian spy in India, fighting a Brazilian warlord.

Lurn Insider Review [What Is Lurn Insider About] movie poster

If Anik Singal’s movie would have been a spoof of tuxedo-clad, card playing spies, then I’m sure the general public can forgive this? But, no. They were serious, to the point of unbelievable.

At the end of the trailer you will find a sort of Ad asking you to go to LethalCommission.com…but this website is not operating, so this looks like he was trying to sell a “Lethal Training” course that is now defunct/not operating. I suspect the promotional trailer could be a tactic to sell his course? Hmm.

What does this have to do with what we think about Mr. Singal? Well, this would imply that this guy is a good actor and might be quite apt in convincing you about the effectiveness of his course. I guess I should also note that Anik Singal produced this movie himself, so you have to rethink his dedication to creating the courses. Does he really have something of value to offer? Or is he just someone who likes to be in the limelight?

Now that we know a few things about Anik Singal, let’s dive into the education he offers. Here are some of the courses you’ll find in his websites. Firstly Aniksingal.com

He has 26 courses on Lurn.com as well as 8 on Aniksingal.com at time of writing. There is even some overlap between these two websites.

Given there are so many courses and websites, we have separately reviewed some of his leading courses:

  • Inbox Blueprint – an email marketing training course
  • Email Startup Incubator – is version 2.0 of Inbox Blueprint, another email marketing training course
  • Lurn Insider – a “tripwire” style of course aimed on general concepts to start your first online business to backend you into the Phase 2 upsell at $67/month

How much does Anik Singal Cost?

So the courses within Lurn.com have different price ranges. Some are as cheap as $5 to $7 or even free. But it can also go as expensive as more than $500 to almost $1000.

Can You Make Money With Anik Singal?

You should invest in education or any attempt to acquire the necessary skills for you to make significant money in a business .

More often than not, students who buy into courses and follow certain “gurus” spend more on the course than on the business they are starting.

It is important to make sure that you consider Anik Singal’s courses like any other investment, make certain to weigh the cost with the end result and not be sucked into a cycle of upsells.

Is Anik Singal a Scam?

Just to be fully transparent with you, I am not an affiliate of Lurn.com or any Anik Singal products myself and I do not endorse it in any way.

I have researched the website, testimonials, and information on the Internet to get to the bottom of what Lurn.com and Anik Singal genuinely does. This is because I have been burnt from programs just like Lurn.com and gurus like Anik Singal in the past and I want to prevent others from making the same mistakes. If you’d like to learn Ways to Avoid Online Scams then click the highlighted text.

Is Anik Singal a Scam? I do not think scam is the right choice of word here.

What I can say however, is that Anik Singal leaves a lot of questions around.

First, a lot of his propaganda is designed by himself. This is actually more common than you think. One influencer/guru, I reviewed actually made a fake website featuring a fake article that is in favor of him. So Anik appears to also have most of these fake websites talking about him and these websites are designed only to review him.

That is a red flag for me.

Next, his training seems to be a compilation of tiny pieces of tips and tricks found all over the internet. If you look at Anik Singal’s Inbox Blueprint you will realize that it is really nothing new or novel about it, most of the ideas and concepts taught are what you can find when you search on google.

In a website named “Dirty Scam” you can find this complaint.

“For domain registration which happened to be three of them…the autoresponder and many others. The company [Anik Singal] suggested I buy the one that they use and paid a huge fee for that too. Somehow, I believe that they must be an affiliate with the autoresponder company that they use the services from and this is a way for making some extra bucks from marketing the autoresponder plans. Although this is just an inference, I strongly believe it.

The cost did not end there. These people asked me to pay for the traffic too. The sales guy never stopped calling me for one or the other plans. They wanted me to pay for every other thing that they sold. I was getting tired of all this as it was not working for me. And, I am sure that this was not my fault as I did everything they asked to do.”

Anik Singal Ugly Truths Revealed!

Too many of the same thing. too overwhelming with a lot of online courses from the students or former students. And a lot of them are similar to each other. This can be confusing if you are a total newbie.

Overpromises results. In the promotion of Lurn.com, the all too familiar focus on the getting rich part is more emphasized than the actual content of the courses. I mean, yes, they do have the disclaimer that results are not typical, but when you put too much emphasis on “this is what I did to earn millions” or “I am showing you the exact same process I followed to earn 7 figures” then you are actually low-key promising success.

What I Like About Anik Singal

Freebies! a lot of FREE courses with valuable and useful information inside. However, those free and “cheap courses” offered inside are just a marketing tactic for more expensive upsells or they contain links to some affiliate offers. Which is fair enough.

Easy to use member Dashboard. One thing I liked after being able to sign up for Lurn.com is how easy it is to navigate their member dashboard. I’ve seen a lot of websites where it is so easy to get lost amidst the bells and whistles.

Final thoughts on Anik Singal: A Scam?

Now that we are almost at the end of the review, I’d like to air out that a truly successful internet entrepreneur would own a successful online business without the need to sell courses.

They would probably just sell courses on the side. Why? Well if they are so successful, setting up courses would take too much time away from their main income source. They would be too busy DOING THE WORK, right?

However, when business courses become this person’s main business, that’s when I get suspicious. The reason is because it is very easy for someone to sign up for “get rich quick” courses and then resell that info to other people through their own course, just in different packaging.

You have to understand that success really depends on your own skill and effort, not because of someone guru’s “secret.”

Now, if ever you are still searching for an opportunity for a legitimate and honest way of making money online and in the comfort of your own home. If you want to make an income online, I know just what to recommend to you.

  1. Thank you John for pulling back the curtain about Anik Singal. I’m a 63 yr old woman who once helped run a small mail order catalog.
I certainly need more training in this field of online marketing. I feel I was going to dive in and pay the $997 for Anik’s Email start up incubator course.
I so want to get into to the online ecommerce industry, but I don’t know where to start and fear I will fall prey to these “gurus”.
I am willing to make the effort to do what’s necessary to succeed but I don’t want to be made a fool of. I will keep persevering to find what will work for me in this industry.

    Thank you,
    Michele

  2. Hi John, I thought your review was very honest. I bought the email startup incubator, only to realise that it was something I could not do. After several emails to their support team they did give me a refund. I almost bought the MugEntrpreneur programme too, and now I am glad I did not go ahead with it. Thank you.

I’m glad my Anik Singal review and also Email Startup Incubator review helped you make a fully informed decision.
His ads on YouTube seem to be everywhere and the sales pages and promises are high.

  3. To be honest, at least he gives a lot of stuff away free, and there is no heavy sales; plus he is fairly entertaining!
If people want to upgrade they can, or instead just watch the free stuff and still learn a fair bit. No complaints so far!

I’m curious, which program are you doing?

We have separately reviewed some of his leading courses:
Inbox Blueprint – an email marketing training course
Email Startup Incubator – is version 2.0 of Inbox Blueprint, another email marketing training course
Lurn Insider – a “tripwire” style of course aimed on general concepts to start your first online business to backend you into the Phase 2 upsell at $67/month

That is great that you are finding him entertaining and are learning a lot. If that is the case and it works for you – then please stick with it! All too common online, people fall victim to “shiny object syndrome” and flip from one training to another.

Regardless of course provider, the key success factor is your own consistent efforts. Good training can only go part of the way.

At least, after reading my review(s) you are going in eyes wide open and fully informed. I wish you success with your training and online efforts.

    • Thanks Evansee,
Chances are if you’ve been on YouTube lately you would see a lot of Anik Singal promoting his Lurn Insider and other programs on Lurn.com.  Well at least he’s been doing a ton or YouTube advertising targeting the like of me anyway.  I must admit when I first came across his landing pages and courses, some of them looked pretty good.  But when I discovered there were 26 courses and across multiple websites that’s when some red flags went up.

Why does he have 26 courses to sell?  Looking at them, I felt some of the training repeats itself and looks pretty disorganised.

Anik Singal is a course creator and selling courses can make him the most money, and this guy clearly knows how to make money.  This is a trap for newbies who feel they might need to buy his next course because they are not successful after the first one, and they are still not successful, yet Anik Singal’s cashflow keeps ticking over.

None of his courses are really groundbreaking courses, in contrast to my recommended training and mentoring community which is one course/platform where you can learn all the skills to build a successful online business.

If anything is worth it, it takes a lot of hard work and perseverence. Then your time and effort will pay off.

I’m a newbie to this online marketing platform, but I an very interested and willing to learn. I’m not a techie but I enjoy writing and reading, so I’m loving the research I’m doing to create my online site.

Thank you for your review! Much success to you!

Yes I think many have not heard about Anik Singal and his Lurn Insider or Lurn.com until recently.  It was only since last month that he was flooding what I was watching on YouTube with his clever ads.  These lead to impressive looking sales pages and course content, but it was only when we dug deeper with this comprehensive Anik Signal review, that we now understand what he is really about – selling lots of disorganised courses.

None of his courses are groundbreaking courses at all.  So I like to offer a better option to my readers – my recommended training and mentoring community which is one course/platform where you can learn all the skills to build a successful online business.   Without the multiple course confusion that Anik Singal offers.
