Is Intelligence Prime Capital A Scam? | These Warnings Should Be Emphasized

Is Intelligence Prime Capital a scam? Are any of its services real and worthwhile?

Intelligence Prime Capital, also known as IPrime Capital or IPcapital, is a company that claims to provide you the ability to trade with currencies and cryptocurrencies. My initial thoughts for this Intelligence Prime Capital review was that it was an MLM, but it was a good thing I looked further!

What Is Intelligence Prime Capital About: A seemingly MLM venture focused on a trading robot.

Summary:

This Intelligence Prime Capital review shows that the company is not an MLM and is therefore not recommended because even the Securities Commission has released a statement against them.

What is Intelligence Prime Capital About? Is it a scam?

To answer “is intelligence Prime Capital a scam?” fully, the first thing we must address with Intelligence Prime Capital is the company’s legality. The issue is that there isn’t a genuine business behind this name. A Terms of Use page or a Privacy Policy should mention the company that the website is running under, however fof the case of IPC they only have a Privacy Policy page that only mentions the website’s name.

And thus this also negates that Privacy Policy page since there isn’t any legal page on their website that associates Intellligence Prime Capital to any company.

There is no way to contact the organization through its official website. You’ll only discover an e-mail address, nothing else. This already suggests that a company is attempting to provide financial/investment products. In most countries, it is outright illegal.

Since IPC is a broker, it must be regulated. However, this is not the case. It lacks the authority to act as a broker in any part of the world. As a result, it is an unlawful broker. With this firm, deposits are not secured in any way. They mentioned that the broker is telling others that it is based in Canada. It isn’t. In fact, at least one financial regulator in Canada, notably British Columbia, has already banned it.

While Intelligence Prime Capital provides no information on their website about who owns or runs the company, it appears that they have gone by different names in order to conceal themselves.

The video above features an introduced Dr. Val Sh whose voice bizarrely sounds like those seen throughout YouTube videos created by other shady organizations. These types of operators seek financial gain without any sense, it motivates them beyond personal enjoyment from making waves within entrepreneurship communities across social media platforms such as Facebook and Twitter.

Not only that, but Intelligence Prime Capital is not only deceiving, but also seeking to pass off falsehoods about its past. Because it claims to have been in business for 15 years and has over 300,000 satisfied customers. When in fact they were only created last 2021. This Intelligence Prime Capital review will give you a thorough investigation of this suspicious company.

Reality Behind Intelligence Prime Capital

But is it really worth your time and effort? This Intelligence Prime Capital review will give you an unbiased investigation of the platform. But just before we go through that let’s first have a look on a quick take on what different schemes a scam may take form. This is a good gauge on how we’ll have our verdict about Intelligence Prime Capital later in this article.

What is a Pyramid Scheme?

Affiliate opportunities, MLM organizations, and pyramid schemes are the most common types of business that provide incentives for referrals. Let’s have a look at the three main ones, as well as what a Ponzi scheme is and whether or not I think it qualifies as one later in this review.

An affiliate marketing opportunity gives you access to perks if you’ve persuaded others to buy the company’s items or services as a direct result of your efforts. A multi-level marketing (MLM) is a form of direct sales in which you not only recommend people to buy goods or services but also become their upline and earn commission off the purchases made by those they have recruited.

From my initial assessment, Intelligence Prime Capital is an investment platform and it therefore can tread between being a pyramid scheme (like an MLM or a Ponzi).

A Ponzi scheme is an illegal venture that offers unrealistic gains and high returns with no risk.

Is Intelligence Prime Capital a Scam, a Pyramid Scheme, Or is it a ponzi?

Well, for us to see if Intelligence Prime Capital is an pyramid scheme or a Ponzi scheme we will have to first look for its registration.

Why? Because all financial enterprises, no matter what currency they deal in, are required to be registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Some individuals may try to persuade you that because cryptocurrency is supposed to be a decentralized system, it does not need to be regulated.

What if a corporation decided to rug pull all of its assets? Who will you call if it’s not a legitimate company?

If a firm isn’t registered, and it decides to accept every investment of its members on one day, a company with both a company registration AND a SEC recognition will be held responsible for everything that might have been stolen. Now I hope you realize how crucial a SEC registration is to any trading or investing project that you may undertake.

It’s critical to verify the registration status of a company when you’re considering doing business with them, even if it’s merely gaining from referrals and clicks.

TIP: It isn’t enough for a firm to claim and show you documentation of its registration. It’s up to you to do your own research because most business registration information is public, and most states and countries will have websites where you may check its registration.

Now let’s start.

A Deeper Look Beyond Intelligence Prime Capital

The iprimecapital.com website was registered in June 2021, although it has been active for much longer, as shown in the screenshot below. So, no, it hasn’t been around for 15 years, and the broker doesn’t have over 300,000 clients, much alone happy ones.

The facts presented here demonstrate that Intelligence Prime Capital is an illegal broker and a fraud that you should avoid. But there’s more to it than just that.

From this alone, can you now answer: “is Intelligence Prime Capital a scam?”

More Inconsistencies!

Here is IPC’s CMO’s Linkedin content on his profile:

is intelligence Prime capital a scam linkedin on Val Ng

Val Ng, the man behind Intelligence Prime Capital. exists only in a LinkedIn profile for Val Ngo See Huat (not sure if it’s his real name). He’s based out of Singapore but has created an image as CEO to match that seen on screen- office space rented with desk props and company mugs/flags among others things typical found at such businesses’ head offices. They’re not really designed so much toward promoting themselves or their companies rather it seems more like marketing tactics which can be used by anyone who needs help getting ahead.

Despite writing that he’s a consular advisor we can’t seem to find any other mention of his name on other websites as his name only comes up on Intelligence Prime Capital’s associated websites.

Here’s another video that you might want to look at:

This seemingly orchestrated interview on January 2022 for PR gave a quick view of their “registration” in Canada when you scroll at exactly 15:40 so I tried to look for them:.

I found that their company is registed in Canada. But just because they are registered it is not enough proof of credibility because any company that deals with trading should be registered in a Securities Commission of the clients that they are serving, here is their company registration:

I also found that they are really registered under MSB:

is intelligence Prime capital a scam Fintrac registration

HOWEVER FOR A FIRM THAT IS FOCUSED ON TRADING AND SECURITIES, A COMPANY WOULD NEED TO BE REGISTERED UNDER THE JURISDICTION’S SECURITIES COMMISSION. And just as I was going to look for it, I found that the Securities Commission has already included IPC on their CAUTION LIST.

Alarming right? What an audacious attempt to fool people!

Another press release mentioned a certain “Walter Stefan” as their COO and they claimed that these are his credentials:

However from an upload of a YouTube video from the European Central Bank, here is the real Stefan Walter:

If you’re still not convinced that they are just in to fool people well, I should say that at least we tried to warn you!

What does Intelligence Prime Capital Offer?

Intelligence Prime Capital offers what they call an AIA Bot system and ranking system which gave us a conclusion that they are actually aiming to market themselves as an MLM with a trading bot as their product. They refer to their “World-Class Platform Meta Trader 4 (MT4)”. But just before we go into their MLM-ish structure let’s try to look at their AIA Bot system.

Referral system

When you try to sign up for Intelligence Prime Capital, you’ll see that a referrer code is needed as a mandatory field before you can proceed with the registration:

is intelligence Prime capital a scam sign-up needs referral code

This shows that they are most likely trying to be an MLM kind of business.

Also, when you search for Intelligence Prime Capital, you’ll encounter other websites at are competing for that keyword.

Their official website is iprimecapital.com but you may find other variations of the name hen you search for the brand. I believe that these other websites are their own affiliates because when you try to register on those websites, you’ll be redirected to the official subdomain members.iprimecapital.com but it includes a referred code so you can smoothly process registration.

So since they are legitimately their affiliates here are some of the claims that these other website have.

Claims of Affiliate websites

One of Intelligence Prime Capital’s key offers is the AIA Bot trading system using the MT4 trading software. The affiliate website (https://iprimecapitalbot.com) claims that iIPC’s AIA Trading bot has a 97 percent success rate. Their recruitment presentation says “After several months of testing, the AIA BOT System has achieved an average win rate of 97%, setting a dazzling record.” Do you really believe this?

is intelligence Prime capital a scam trading bot claims by afffiliates

The truth is that a 97% success rate is simply a gimmick to impress others, despite what Intelligence Prime Capital claims. Such a percentage has no real meaning and it is nothing but an outright lie. Just like the other affiliate websites they are offering packages with regards to the trading robot:

is intelligence Prime capital a scam starting subscription fee for MLM

According to users, Intelligence Prime Capital charges a 20% fee on any generated returns.

Therefore most of the seemingly cloned websites you’ll find when you search for Intelligence Prime Capital are simply looking to recruit you since they “can be compensated” when they are able to recruit others and as they go up on the affiliate ranking.

How does Intelligence Prime Capital Work?

Intelligence Prime Capital will try to make you send them money by promising you returns on investment in through their AIA BOT System. It functions like an MLM as it compensates recruitments by rewarding recruiters 10% of the subscription fee of their downline.

However, the only real thing that the firm is not registered anywhere and they have phony COO and CMO. What it only aims is to take money from individuals and delivering nothing in return.

With the unregistered nature of the company under the Securities Commission in Canada it is very likely it is attempting to run some sort of Ponzi scheme.

The importance of researching before investing is important because even as Intelligence Prime Capital has it’s company registration in Canada, the Securities Commission’s statement that they are not registered to handle trading should be emphasized.

Even if they will claim that they are just offering the product to the market and they therefore don’t need a SEC registration, you should now that the SEC registration is very important for firms, products and services that are associated and used in trading (ex: trading robot).

Can You Make money with Intelligence Prime Capital

Intelligence Prime Capital affiliates are reportted to earn 10% of subscription fees paid and funds invested by personally recruited affiliates. They don’t seem to have public information on their compensation plan but I belive that no longer matters because the Securities Commission of Canada was clear that although the company has its registration in their jurisdiction, they are not allowed to take on trading securities.

Even the Russian Bank (equivalent of Securities Commission in Russia) released a statement too!
Try to translate this page:

is intelligence Prime capital a scam russian bank cliam

You’ll get this on the translation: “Signs of an illegal professional participant in the securities market”

Their recruitment presentation does have the typical MLM different types of income to try and lure in those being recruited

  1. AIA Bot System Bonus (the 10% discussed above)
  2. Sponsorship Bonus – applies only to first level of people you recruit (5-10%)
  3. Management Bonus – based on the ROI generated from AIA BOT system subscriptions. Basically this is more recruiting temptation here to reward the mega-recruiters
  4. Global Bonus – again for mega-recruiters

So you can see how they sell this to potential recruits with hyped up income claims like this slide from the recruitment presentation.

Is Intelligence Prime Capital A Scam?

Just to be fully transparent with you, I am not an Intelligence Prime Capital affiliate, investor or member myself and I do not endorse it in any way.

I have researched the website, testimonials, and information on the Internet to get to the bottom of what Intelligence Prime Capital genuinely does. This is because I have been burnt from programs just like this in the past and I want to prevent others from making the same mistakes. If you’d like to learn Ways to Avoid Online Scams then click the highlighted text.

Intelligence Prime Capital is not an MLM, it’s very likely that it’s a Ponzi Scheme. Despite their company registration in FINTRAC and in Canada, they don’t have any proof that they are registered to handle trading especially as they don’t have definitive registration in the Securities Commission. I believe that the statement of the Securities Commission is enough proof that you should not invest in this or waste your time in it

JUST TO BE CLEAR: A registration in the Securities Commission is the most important detail that you should look for in trading products and opportunities. Again I will have to repeat:

Even if they will claim that they are just offering the product to the market and they therefore don’t need a SEC registration, you should know that the SEC registration is very important for firms, products and services that are associated and used in trading (ex: trading robot). This line from the statement released by BCSC:

…Intelligence Prime Capital Ltd. is not registered to trade in, or advise on, securities or derivatives in BC.

BCSC Investment Caution List (British Columbia)

should be enough to understand that they are not authorized or eligible to have a hand on any trading related opportunities.

[Verdict] Is Intelligence Prime Capital a Scam?

It’s a Ponzi Scheme. Only when Intelligence Prime Capital could have a verifiable and legitimate registration proof on the Securities Commission is the only time that we would reconsider our evaluation of Intelligence Prime Capital.

A Badass Intelligence Prime Capital Alternative

While it would be nice to have an actual product where you can earn just by a clicking without any experience or knowledge about a venture, it’s also risky and sounds quite suspicious. What you need is something that can help you learn how to earn online in a legitimate way so you can sustain it for a long-time and also so you can expand it in the future.

I actually prefer and recommend affiliate marketing because of these things:

  1. It’s legal
  2. You can do it anytime you want
  3. You can do it anywhere you want (from you laptop, tablet, or phone!)
  4. No recruitment and nothing risky to you like Intelligence Prime Capital, instead you are building a REAL online business

I actually recommend this signing up on my top recommended program because it’s very comprehensive and detailed, plus there’s actual coaching from John to guide you as you start your affiliate marketing journey. What I like more about it is that it’s free to start! You can have a look around and see how it can help you earn from your laptop 😉

No pressure. If you happen to like it, you can always avail of the Premium which is just $49/month! If you want to read more about Wealthy Affiliate here’s a comprehensive review about it.

  1. Based on what I`ve found out for myself, (I Strongly suggest you PRAY ,and do your own research), Intelligence Prime Capital IS A Real Legitimate Company and Opportunity. You DO NOT have to recruit to earn money…THATS OPTIONAL.

The success rate is high because, the bot only makes 1 to 4 trades a day!…. Their trades can be verified on MyFXBook. There`s NO $49.00 MONTHLY FEE…. And, Common Sense Says: Only Invest What You Can Afford 2 Lose.

Call and find out for yourself if the company is registered with ASIC .Call 866 346 8722 and see, if they`re registered with Fintrac. In my honest opinion, this review IS Not Accurate.

    • Hey Todd,
Thanks for reading my Intelligence Prime Capital Review.

We pride ourselves on researching everything about an opportunity and if we have gotten anything wrong, we are happy to correct anything.

OK, let’s address your comments and questions:

      1. “Intelligence Prime Capital IS A Real Legitimate Company and Opportunity. You DO NOT have to recruit to earn money…THATS OPTIONAL…There`s NO $49.00 MONTHLY FEE”
OK good to know that you don’t HAVE to recruit, however there are more benefits to the recruiters.
Also good to hear you claim to be making money – are you an experienced trader OR does the bot do all the work for you?
Why of the bots have you subscribed to? $19.90/month smart bot, $39.90 Brilliant Bot or $99.90 Genius Bot?
How are you not paying a monthly fee? Please explain.

      2. “Call and find out for yourself if the company is registered with ASIC .Call 866 346 8722 and see, if they`re registered with Fintrac.”
I see you are in the USA. What we found is that IPC is NOT registered by the Canadian Securities Commission.
Despite their company registration in FINTRAC and in Canada, they don’t have any proof that they are registered to handle trading especially as they don’t have definitive registration in the Securities Commission.
Did you read the warnings from BCSC Investment Caution List (British Columbia)?

      OVERALL
The biggest red flags are the incomplete registrations to trade and the fake founders. I mean Fake CMO and COO – have you even researched this yourself?
How can that not be a screaming red flag?

I am objectively trying to help people make the best decision for themselves. I am not saying that people cannot make money. I am just giving people all the info so they can make the best decision for themselves.

I see these types of schemes too often and sadly a possible next update for this will be when it folds or goes under, This happened recently with a similar scheme called EmpiresX – a trading/crypto/recruiting Ponzi and I see it as being a huge risk for Intelligence Prime Capital also (fake owners).
So a big warning here -this is how these schemes usually end and better to not join or get out than get the UPDATE that it has collapsed.

  2. Thanks a lot for the heads up. Intelligence Prime Captical Ltd. looks like something we need to avoid. Otherwise, we will get ourselves into trouble. With so many false claims on the websites and the fake COO, I believe this is an outright pyramid scheme that is only after people’s hard-earned cash, and your article saves tons of time doing all those research online.

I will skip this one and consider your recommendation to start an online business through affiliate marketing.

    Cheers,

  3. Hi John, thanks for giving such a detailed review of this Intelligence Prime Capital scam. Intelligence Prime Capital is probably one of many shady sites trying to con unsuspecting individuals out of their hard earned money.

Everything about it shouts scam, and it’s great you’ve taken time to do some deep research. Affiliate marketing is far safer.and legal!

    • Hey Kathy,
Thank you for reviewing my honest Intelligence Prime Capital review. Yes I do agree with you that everything about it is very high risk to new people coming in, too many red flags and glad that you will also stay clear of Intelligence Prime Capital.

It is a worry how many people are either gullible or just see the lure of $$ or are lazy to do proper due diligence on these shady schemes.

As recently as Saturday 5th March 2022, I have been actively pursued by a recruiter trying me to join this scheme. So people I know keep trying to recruit me into this scheme since around Nov 2021 from memory. So we did a thorough due diligence.

What surprised me is despite mentioning the fake founders concern and registration concerns, one of the groups “lead recruiters” ignored my concerns and is still actively recruiting into this scheme. Flabbergasting I know!

So I feel compelled to put this honest Intelligence Prime Capital review out there so my readers can make a fully informed decision for themselves before putting any money into this scheme. So they can see past all the “shiny object promises.”

I much prefer to build a real online business (with no scammy fake stuff like fake founders!)

  4. Hey John,

thanks for the great Intelligence Prime Capital review! Definitely looks like a Ponzi scheme to me! It’s great that you’re shouting this out, so it helps others avoid a scheme that will end up losing their money.

It amazes me that in this day and age, there are still people trying to fleece innocent people of their money, for their own means. Keep up the great work!!

I appreciate your support. You might be amazed that these ponzi types of schemes keep coming up, but it doesn’t amaze me – I see these new schemes all the time!
There are an increasing number of these schemes that keep coming up – they typically involve recruiting, trading/crypto and promises of passive income. That is all well and good until the scheme falls over – as it has done with EmpiresX and is a big risk with Intelligence Prime Capital and FVP Trade too.

So as a warning to my readers – fake founders and other red flags are the reasons why I ask my readers to run away from this probable scam.
And take good note of the types of red flags highlighted in this review as they are very common for these types of schemes.

I have been actively recruited on this one, as recently as 2 days ago. Meaning people I know keep trying to recruit me into this scheme. So we did a thorough due diligence.
Despite mentioned the fake founders concern and registration concerns, this group is still actively recruiting into this scheme.

  6. Hi there. I love your post. I love that you’re so honest.
The very first thing I checked was your ratings, i.e., credibility, income opportunity, reliability, price and business model. I see they either got zeros or ones. Not good. I’m so glad that you were able to find out that they have a fake CMO and COO. I live in U.S.A, but it’s scary to see that they’re not registered in Canada Securities Commission. Good job doing your research. You’ve saved a lot of us heartache and money.

I really appreciate you agreeing with our low ratings for this potential scam. Also thanks for sharing your concerns about potential fake CMO and likely fake COO.
Yes them not getting register with the Canada Securities Commission is a huge concern.

Too many red flags here. But I know people are actively recruiting into this scheme, perhaps they didn’t do the full due diligence we have done.

Seriously readers, in terms of making money online or making money from home, personally I would much rather build a real online business that helps people than this highly risky “opportunity” (& probably pyramid or ponzi scheme). Instead why not go for fact based, proven since 2005 and a lot more quality (Training, tools, mentoring, community & support) and for reasonable pricing. This is why I recommend this over all others. And yes you have read that there is no need for any credit card information to create a free account to see if it suits your style.

My pleasure to help you, John
